These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p9999 ("p9999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://p9999.cam, including all related services, tools, betting markets, casino games, promotions and any other features made available through the Platform (collectively, "the Services").

You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Services.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify p9999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. p9999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from failure to maintain account security on the Player's part.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, p9999 requires completion of identity verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC), proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account review.
The Services are provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not use the Services for any commercial purpose, syndicate betting operation, arbitrage strategy that systematically exploits pricing errors, or any other use that p9999 deems contrary to the spirit of fair play.
The use of bots, automated betting software, algorithms, scrapers or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform or place bets is strictly prohibited. p9999 employs technical monitoring to detect automated activity and reserves the right to void bets placed via automated means and close associated accounts.
You agree to interact with the Platform, its support staff and other users in a lawful, respectful and good-faith manner at all times. Harassment, abuse, threats or discriminatory conduct directed at any party will result in immediate account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Transactions may be conducted in PKR or another currency as specified at the point of transaction. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.
Each bonus and promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which include the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 30×), eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, time limits and any maximum bet restrictions during the wagering period. These individual terms take precedence over general Terms where they conflict.
Until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been satisfied in full, the bonus balance is not eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the time limit stated in the offer terms; failure to do so will result in automatic expiry of the bonus.
p9999 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies across selections, systematic exploitation of pricing anomalies, creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple offers, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes.
Details of the p9999 loyalty and VIP tier programme, including tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits, are published on the relevant promotional pages. These are indicative and may be updated at p9999's discretion. Loyalty points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly converted as part of a defined programme mechanism.
All bets are subject to acceptance by p9999. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. p9999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed when the Available Balance is insufficient, or where technical errors have produced manifestly incorrect odds.
Where odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake and are manifestly incorrect (i.e., significantly out of line with prevailing market prices at the time of placement), p9999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of the outcome of the event.
In-play bets are accepted based on the data feed available at the time of placement. There may be a delay between live events and odds updates; p9999 is not liable for bets accepted during a feed delay. Bets accepted after the relevant match incident (e.g., a goal, wicket, or round end) has occurred but before the odds are updated will be voided.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated rescheduling window, or abandoned before the required minimum play period is completed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for cricket matches (including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments), PSL fixtures and ICC tournament games are detailed in the sport-specific betting rules available in the Help Center.
Casino games available on p9999 are supplied by licensed third-party studios. p9999 does not alter game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) figures displayed on game information cards are provided by the respective game studios and represent theoretical long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.
In the event of a game, software or system malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed during that round will be returned to the Player's Account. p9999 is not liable for any loss arising from a technical malfunction that is outside its reasonable control.

Third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio providers and is used by p9999 under licence. p9999 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game assets.

p9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Where an Account is terminated for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player subject to completion of AML procedures and less any amounts owed to p9999.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Accounts closed voluntarily will have verified real-money balances returned using the method of deposit where possible.
These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p9999 is incorporated or licensed to operate. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may have limited jurisdiction over disputes arising from international online gambling services and that applicable law in Pakistan may differ from the governing law of these Terms.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant courts of the governing jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.

Continued use of the Services following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
